Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription from Hydō, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each delivery.

You can cancel, pause or change your subscription at any time with no penalty. There is no minimum commitment. Your order confirmation email contains a link to manage your subscription, or you can manage it directly from your account page.

If you cancel your subscription, you will still receive any order that has already been dispatched. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Each serving is 7g of powder. Your 3.5g scoop is designed to split that across two doses.

Pre-training: mix one scoop with 200 to 250ml of water and drink 30 to 45 minutes before you step on the mats. You'll start fully loaded, not fading by round three.

Post-training: mix your second scoop within 30 minutes of finishing. This kickstarts rehydration before you leave the gym so you're not waking up the next morning feeling like you got hit by a truck.
